• Do not claim our layouts, that we have taken OUR time to make, as yours. It's rude.

• In extension to the last rule- Do not remove the link to our site/the tag on the layout. Give credit where it is due.

• Do not direct link UNLESS you are taking a button to link us. That is the ONLY exception.

• If you modify our layouts in any way... you MUST leave the link back to us. No exception. If we see part of our layout incorparated with your own... we'll have to contact you and ask you to take it down or give the proper credit.

• Please do not upload our layouts to your own server and then leave them there unactive. A lot of people are doing this, and it's really annoying us. If we catch you doing this, we'll kindly ask you to take the layout down. Refusal to cooperate will lead to us banning your IP address from SL. We don't know what you're doing with our layouts, so show some respect and don't keep them up if you aren't going to use them.

• If you really like the main site layout, DO NOT STEAL IT! Not even with credit. It was our work and, if it's not found in the free layouts section, it's NOT up for grabs!

• NEW DO NOT redistrubute any part of our layouts to anyone! (This includes backgrounds, content, parts of the background, or any other images.) If you really have the need to, ask first so that we can either grant you permission or tell you that you can't. These are our layouts, and we will decide where they will be distrubuted.

• NEW For the LiveJournal layouts: Do not use these to try to get into a LiveJournal elitest community. Chances are, we or our friends are members of the community you're trying to get into. All other rules apply with these layouts, too.

• If you disobey any of these rules, you will recieve an email asking to fix one of the rules. If you do not respond by either resolving the issue or contacting us back, we will take any means nessecary to see that we get our way.
